There is no coupon code in the email, just this: 1: Press the On Demand button on your remote control and select Coupons 2: Select the "Movie on Us" tile and press Watch Now 3: Follow the steps to redeem your movie I do step 1, and the only coupon options I have are a list of movies to choose from at 50% off.

@Lala36 Not all FAN discounts qualify for activation or upgrade fee waivers.Some do. For me for example, I actually switched back to my college one (still have access to my college email) because even though it only has a discount of 17% compared to one that has 24% through employment I had before, I'm on the Unlimited Plus plan, which doesn't have a discount except for military and veterans
Movies on Us Coupon Received via Email, but unaccessible
We received an email saying we can enjoy a movie ($6 value) as a U-verse member see below. It says to go to "Coupons" and select the "Movie on Us" selection, but when we go to our coupons we do NOT have that option. We have tried looking through the FAQ page but it does not provide any help.
How do you get AT&T to waive their bogus upgrade fee? | AT
for more than 15 years. They refused to take the charge off. The representative asked the supervisor and he declined. to waive the fee. The phone was purchased from AT&T and the previous contract is long expired. I tried calling back, but there was a long hold and after a half hour I hung up.
